Spring water - How to choose one!

1. Make sure the label verifies it is, in fact Spring Water - Many bottled waters are sourced from "city" waters and are processed. Spring water must be sourced from natural springs, meaning the water is found underground.

2. Look to see where the natural springs are located.  Best ones have this on their label.  If not, you can check for more information on the Internet.  The purest water is the furthest away from civilization ... means fewest contaminants.

3. Look for high pH numbers.  The higher the better. pH measures the alkalinity. Your body needs more alkaline and less acidity. Pass on those under 6.0.

4. Certified by the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) - Most natural spring waters are and it is good to check.

5. Environmentally Responsible - Bottles fully recyclable. Do your job and recycle them!

6. Tastes Fresh and Pure - You can taste the difference.  Kids can too.  We witnessed this at a Kid Kritics Taste Test.
